It's rather amusing to see that my (current) obsession with The League of Gentlemen was only just starting when I last updated Casswise!

That is so funny, weird and STRANGE!!
Anyone else think that if pushed a bit farther, Edith and Roy ("Cabbage, £2.50" couple) would have turned into the couple that runs the local shop?

Watch FOTR this morning, couldn't see the car, Figwit; but did notice when the Nazgûl are about to attack Arwen, they raise the swords in their left hands, then they're in their right. Weird.

I got in on Tuesday and because I've been at a fantastic summer school at the Mercury Theatre, I've only watched it at home .... twice.
Which makes a meagre total of 5 viewings in total.
Oh well, there's always tonight!
I also want to extend my emmense gratitude to Su, the manager at VShop for letting me have the 4 LOTR display panels on the wall.
I am *so* happy!!

I watched four fantastic films yesterday - Cry, The Beloved Country; The Untouchables; Amadeus and another amazing, weird and very funny film by the Coen Brothers, The Man Who Wasn't There.
If you haven't seen Fargo - I really suggest you run, RUN to the nearest video store and find it.

Added a guide to the actors in LOTR (well, some of them) and will be added a lot more to this page in the coming weeks.
I've given up on BitOfEarth ever putting up my keepership request (all I asked for was Sam's Denial Of Eavesdropping, which I love in the film and book, and no-one else has it yet they won't give me it...) but it's still one of the best LOTR sites around.

Hey - and I finished reading LOTR for the third time, wrote out my favourite LOTR poems/songs in my diary, and yet again cried at the end of Book 4.
Colleen, my drama teacher, is rather annoyed I'm going on holiday for two weeks, as the performance is on 3 days after I come back, and I have a poem to learn and perform...
I expect I'll end up reciting it over the phone to her from the Lake District!
